As DK Pack, in order to best meet our customers’ expectations and to provide hygienic, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers and end consumers, we ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Quality and Product Safety Management Systems throughout all processes in which we are involved.

Turkish legislation, European Union regulations, customer requirements, and all relevant stakeholder expectations are closely monitored and integrated into our management system.

For our local and global customers, we are committed to sustainable and profitable growth as a company operating in the production, packaging, storage, and shipment processes of paper cups and plates. By closely following the latest developments and technologies, we aim to provide the most effective solutions to meet customer expectations.

From raw material procurement to delivery to customers and end consumers, the requirements of our Quality and Product Safety Management Systems are implemented at every stage, and actions for continuous improvement are determined. The necessary resources are provided to improve all processes, objectives are defined, and progress toward these objectives is regularly monitored.

Every employee is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Quality and Product Safety requirements. To establish a strong quality and product safety culture and to raise awareness in this area, regular training activities are conducted.

The effectiveness and continuity of our management systems across all processes are regularly evaluated through internal audits conducted by experienced and trained personnel. Furthermore, our company approaches second- and third-party audits with openness and transparency.

FSC-COC Commitment Statement

Our company, in accordance with the FSC Chain of Custody (FSC-COC) system it implements, does not directly or indirectly engage in:

Illegal logging or the illegal trade of timber or forest products;
Violations of regional regulations and human rights during forestry operations;
Destruction of high conservation values during forestry activities;
Conversion of forests to non-forest use or plantations;
The introduction or release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) during forestry operations;
Violations of International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
